This website uses an essential first-party cookie called session to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember the booking reference after you submit a request.

What it contains

The cookie holds signed security and session information. It does not contain your password, invoice PDF or full booking details. Your account access uses a random token checked by our server.

How long it lasts

Before sign-in, the cookie normally lasts for your browser session. Signed-in access expires after four hours. Signing out ends your customer session. You can remove the cookie using your browser settings.

Your choice

This cookie is necessary for sign-in and secure forms. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Blocking the essential cookie prevents sign-in and booking submissions; you can still browse the public pages.

Anonymous website counts

We count successful views of a small set of public pages on our server to understand which content is useful. We store only daily page totals and broad referral categories. This measurement does not set cookies, use local storage, identify visitors or store IP addresses, user agents, full referrer URLs or query strings. Counts are retained for 400 days. Signed-in visitors and recognised bots are excluded, and we honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Our hosting and security logs are separate from these anonymous counts and remain necessary to deliver and protect the service.
